Molly

Public health & mental health researcher

Molly has a multidisciplinary background in Public Health, Mental Health, Research, Communications, and Community Development, with over five years of youth engagement locally, nationally, regionally, and globally. As a Mental Health Lived Experience Expert, she consults for organizations like Dove, Generation Mental Health, SustyVibes, and Connecting Climate Minds, providing youth perspectives. She contributed to youth-focused climate and mental health research agendas in Sub-Saharan Africa and globally. A Climate Justice Activist with EVA, she leverages media for advocacy. As Research Lead for the African Network of Youth Policy Experts, she develops evidence-based recommendations to strengthen health systems and promote social connection across Africa.

Lorraine Mogere

Sustainability & operation

Lorraine Mogere is a Sustainability and Operations leader, certified ESG practitioner, and banking professional passionate about climate science, holding a Master’s in ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance). She is a UNFCCC Youth4Capacity and UNDP Youth4Climate Climate Catalyst Fellow, AIIDEV Africa SDGs Program Fellow, and GreenMentorship Program Fellow. Lorraine co-founded GreenMetrics Group, a company specializing in sustainability and ESG reporting, green projects, consultancy services, and philanthropy initiatives. Her work focuses on integrating sustainable practices into business operations, advancing ESG standards, and mentoring young leaders to address climate challenges, drive green innovation, and promote social and environmental impact across Africa.

Urban Planner

Mary Alolo Ikung is an urban planner, textile upcycler, and environmental and social justice advocate focused on youth empowerment through sustainable social innovation. Founder of Alolo 365 and co-founder of the Global Eco Mentors Initiative, she promotes environmental literacy and green skills in over 10 schools and community centers. Mary develops upcycling programs that tackle waste, unemployment, and poverty, creating green livelihoods. Her upcycled fashion sparks discussions on ethical design, earning recognition from Recycleup Nigeria Innovation 2023 and The Oxygen Project. Through collaborative partnerships, she drives sustainable development and cultivates resilient, eco-conscious communities locally and beyond

Caroline Dennett is an environmental and social justice advocate, activist, and nature enthusiast. As a social scientist and researcher, she founded CLOUT LTD, an intelligence and insights agency. For over 10 years, Caroline and her team conducted safety culture research and consultancy for Shell and other oil and gas companies. She serves as an Advisor with Crust EcoNetwork, where she supports programs empowering young people to build a sustainable, fair, and nature-aligned future. Caroline admires youth as a driving force for change and is committed to advancing environmental stewardship, social justice, and informed action

Mbaraka Sembe is a Tanzanian environmental specialist, climate advocate, and founder of GeoClimatz Hub. With expertise in forestry, GIS, and community-based restoration, he promotes low-cost, nature-based solutions like FMNR and agroforestry. A strong proponent of climate storytelling, he translates complex climate issues into relatable, action-oriented messages. As a Green Masterclass facilitator with Crust EcoNetwork, he trained participants in storytelling for climate advocacy, combining personal, community, and evidence-based narratives. Through GeoClimatz Hub, Mbaraka champions innovative climate education, data-driven decision-making, and grassroots environmental action, empowering communities to build resilience, advance climate justice, and foster sustainable environmental practices across Tanzania and beyond.

Committed to practical, scalable sustainability, Wilson combines engineering expertise with environmental responsibility to deliver long-term value. As a key facilitator at Crust EcoNetwork, he teaches green building concepts in the Green Masterclass, showing how thoughtful design fosters healthier, sustainable communities. Ogwal Jabez is a Renewable Energy Facilitator with the Crust EcoNetwork Green Masterclass, sharing practical knowledge on sustainable and clean energy solutions. An Electrical and Electronics Engineer, he holds a Bachelor’s degree from Mbarara University of Science and Technology and is pursuing an MBA. Trained in solar energy, Ogwal has hands-on experience with solar irrigation systems and community engagement. Through the Green Masterclass, he empowers individuals and communities to adopt eco-friendly practices. Passionate about green technologies, he advances sustainable development and creates meaningful impact in agriculture and local economies, fostering innovation and environmental stewardship
